






I have been using @strava to keep records of my morning runs and track my progress. In the month of February I saw a challenge on the app and decided to commit to it.
The challenge was to run a total of 300KM between 1st and 28th February and I committed to doing that.
So initially I had been doing 20KM three times in a week that’s a total of 60km per week and 240km km per month and committing to the challenge meant I only had 28days to do 300KM.
And I surely did commit. I decided I would do 100km per week, long story short it wasn’t easy because I had to run 20KM 5days in a week⛔️
I lost a lot of weight, I don’t even care to check how many. All I see is my skirts going round my waist when I walk 😂
All the same I have never been one to struggle with how fat or thin I am so the weight is neither here nor there.
What happened was i ended up doing 380km🫣BUT….the day I hit 300KM on the 24-2-2025, I cried tears of joy, I was just happy with myself.
