Listen to what Galatians 6:7-8 says;
Do not be deceived: God cannot be mocked. A man reaps what he sows. Whoever sows to please their flesh, from the flesh will reap destruction; whoever sows to please the Spirit, from the Spirit will reap eternal life.
Our society suffers because of the deception that is spreading on the pulpit. Preachers only preach what the busy and impatient congregation are dying to hear but this kind of gospel cannot bring change to anyone’s life. Nobody can receive salvation through listening to this gospel and no restoration can come from it. It only leaves people in bondage of the enemy and they continue living under the law of sin and death, while the priests give them a false hope of eternal life with God.
People are taught that they can make a public confession of faith in Christ by just repeating words after a priest in a prayer and are immediately forgiven their sins and eternal life with God is guaranteed to them no matter how they continue to live their lives from then on.
They are being taught that God’s grace, gives them freedom to keep on in their sinful lifestyles without guilt and without need of repentance of their sins.
But this gospel doesn’t glorify Jesus and therefore, Jesus is not the Lord of their lives. They just use Jesus as an escape goat from hell so that they can go to heaven when they die. There is therefore no fear of the Lord in this gospel, but it is only flesh-driven.
People are taught how to keep walking in darkness while being promised heaven.
This false doctrine does not give honor to our Lord Jesus as the Lord over our lives. This is because people seek what they want and not what Gods purpose is for their lives.
The false doctrine breaks the moral laws that God has put in place for us to follow for our good. These laws are for our own protection and for others protection too. For example, when the law forbids Murder or Theft or Adultery, it is only protecting us from falling into the hands of the enemy. Only a caring and just parent who has your interest at heart will set up such laws for you to follow. However, the deception in the pulpit is eroding the boundaries God has set up for us to operate within. The end result is, we fall away from faith and suffer because of the guilt of sin accompanied by loss of joy and regret.
If you want to be saved from your sins and have eternal life with God, then you must;
1. Die with Christ to sin
2. Live to Christ and to his righteousness in the power and working of the Spirit of God within you.
3. You must say “No!” to ungodliness and fleshly lusts,
4. You must live self-controlled, upright and godly lives as a matter of lifestyle and of practice.

Instructions for Christian Living
17 So I tell you this, and insist on it in the Lord, that you must no longer live as the Gentiles do, in the futility of their thinking. 18 They are darkened in their understanding and separated from the life of God because of the ignorance that is in them due to the hardening of their hearts. 19 Having lost all sensitivity, they have given themselves over to sensuality so as to indulge in every kind of impurity, and they are full of greed.
20 That, however, is not the way of life you learned 21 when you heard about Christ and were taught in him in accordance with the truth that is in Jesus. 22 You were taught, with regard to your former way of life, to put off your old self, which is being corrupted by its deceitful desires; 23 to be made new in the attitude of your minds; 24 and to put on the new self, created to be like God in true righteousness and holiness.
